About Us
Danny E. Palacios PC was established in 2011. The practice specializes in servicing small to mid-size entities, and individuals with complex tax needs. The Group provides accounting services, tax services, financial planning (both business and personal), financial statements, IRS representation, QuickBooks set up and consulting, off site CFO services, Trust Services, M&A advisory. The mission of our firm is to be the valued tax, financial and business advisor of our clients. This mission is pursued through unparallel service.
Danny Palacios began his career in 1998 in the Banking and Financial Services arena, and his Public Accounting career in 2004. He worked in the Premier Banking group at Bank of America, and is well versed in the Financial, Investment and Banking industry. He then went to work with the Big 4 accounting firms of KPMG and Grant Thornton, where he worked in Tax Services.
Danny Palacios, CPA has an MBA from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from State University of NY at Stony Brook. He is a member of TX Society of CPA, TX Society of CPA Houston and AICPA.
Danny Palacios lives in Kingwood, TX with his wife and 2 kids. He enjoys supporting his kids' activities in Dance and Soccer, is a big sports aficionado and loves to travel.
Joel Weaver, Practice Manager
Joel Weaver is in charge of overseeing the Financial Accounting side of the practice. He is well versed in Quickbooks Desktop & Online, Payroll Tax Accounting, Sales Tax Accounting and Excel.
His accounting system knowledge facilitates our clients' needs in preparing Financial Statements needed for internal management and compliance purposes. He has vast experience in working with State agencies regarding Payroll, Sales Tax, Franchise and Business Personal Property Taxes.
Joel is a graduate from the University of Houston CT Bauer College of Business, with a degree in Accounting, 2010.
Joel is a big fan of Sport Cars, enjoys reading on his free time and has a reputation in the practice for being a tech guru.

Angelica Vazquez, Staff Accountant
Angelica provides accounting and offsite Comptroller services for many of our clients, by accounting for their financial activity within their respective accounting systems. She also supports our client's sales tax and payroll tax compliance.
Angelica Vazquez has an accounting degree from The Facultad de Comercio y Administración Victoria, Mexico.
In her free time Angelica enjoys reading, workout and watch Netflix.
Alma Casillas, Bookkeeper
Alma Casillas provides admin and bookkeeping support for the practice and its clients. Her keen eye for detail and organization skills helps clients' books stay organized.
Alma is very crafty and creative. In her free time, she enjoys doing arts and crafts.
